Answer: We have a Wechat group where the Yangshen coaches are there to journey with
the new member for 3 months until the targeted goal is reached. The daily log
is a simple template format to be filled out and submitted daily Coaches start
daily chat session with members from 5.30 am to 8.30 pm.
Question: What makes this program so effective?
Answer: Most of our customers have tried numerous other weight loss programs and
have not been successful. With Yangshen, our customers reported high
success rates because the program follows a structured method of
slimming. The approach targets the root cause of the weight gain which is
either due to weak metabolism, stagnation of Qi, blockage of meridians and
poor blood circulation and weak kidney and spleen.

Question: How much is this program going to cost me?
Answer: It's a couple of hundreds depending on the combination of products you wish to
order. Each box comes with an electric belt with 3 packets of herbs for
external application. One box will last 1 month and you will need 3 boxes for the
full program.
Question: Do I need to check with my doctor before I start the program?
Answer: As this program is external application and there is nothing the customer needs
to take orally, it is very safe with no side effects. However, if you have
underlying health conditions, it is best to be prudent and check with your doctor
before you purchase the products. We expect you to review the list of health
conditions in Item 4 below where a person may not be suitable to use Yangshen

Question: How much weight can I expect to reduce for the course of 1 program (3 months)?
Answer: Based on experience, for a course of 3 months, most people who adhere closely
to our standard guidelines see weight reduction between 5 kg and 20 kg. However, because each body is different, so the weight loss is different.
Question: How long does it take to see effects?
Answer: The first box focuses on tuning and adjustment of the body's condition. About
95% of people will see the results within the first 2 weeks.
Question: Is the product safe? Will there be any side effects?
Answer: The product contains traditional Chinese herbs which are applied
externally. There has no reports of any side effects so far. The herbal pack is
heated by the infrared heating belt, and the efficacy of the herbs is absorbed through the navel into the body to clear the meridians and balance the blood, and Qi flow, open the acupuncture points, regulate endocrine, accelerate the
body’s metabolism, and fundamentally change your physique so you become

Question: Can I have my morning coffee?
Answer: We usually encourage our members to drink warm water throughout the
program and to reduce the intake of coffee. One cup at 10 am is OK.
Tea is not advisable because tea works against the TCM herbs.
Question: Can I drink lots of water
Answer: We limit water drinking to about 1 litre a day for the 3 months program.
Question: Will I get hunger pangs?
Answer: Yes, initially but after a while when your body re-balances, you will no longer
experience hunger pangs.
Question: What food can I eat?
Answer: Fresh natural, wholesome and unrefined food .
Question: Do I have to prepare my meals daily?
Answer: Preferable. Taking time to plan for your meals so that you are eating
healthy nutritious food. At the same time, you are developing a change in
your lifestyle which will bring you lasting results after the 3 months
Question: What food combination will suit my body
Answer: This varies from individual to individual. You will be able to see a pattern
for yourself after a while and will be able to know which food combination will
be help your body burn better and lose weight faster.
Question: If I eat too much for lunch, should I skip dinner?
Answer: Try to eat a little instead of missing dinner altogether. You don't want to wait
up in the middle of the night and start bingeing. The rule of thumb is 80% full
for breakfast, 70% full for lunch and 50% for dinner
Question: What are the requirements for my diet?
Answer: During the weight loss period, maintaining a well balanced and healthy diet
will help you to achieve results faster. We recommend that you choose food
like chicken, fish, eggs, duck, beef. Spend some time on meal planning so
you know how to prepare a well balanced diet. To get proper nutrition from
your diet, you should consume the majority of your daily calories in: fresh
fruits. fresh vegetables. Missing meals and not eating right is not the solution
for weight loss

Question: Do I need to make huge adjustments
Answer: As with any weight loss programs, you will need a combination of changes to
your nutrition, exercise, diet, sleep, lifestyle, and persistence. Persistence is
the key to your success.

Answer: I would say if you follow a structured plan and the guidance from our coaches,
you can be guaranteed a very high success rate. Paying attention to ensure

Question: Do I need to keep a food diary?
Answer: The food diary daily is to help you keep track of your intake of food and water.
In this program, you will need to be disciplined in keeping to the timing for
breakfasts, lunches, and dinners as well as time for drinking water and time to
rest.
Question: Do I need to weigh myself often?
Answer: Yes, you do. This will be done on a daily basis in the morning before you wrap.
The weight record is to be submitted along with your food diary so that our
coaches and consultants can assess how you are progressing to to provide you
the support that you will need.
Question: I am not willing to make drastic adjustments to my lifestyle
Answer: As with any weight loss program, a certain level of commitment and discipline is
required. Yangshen's slim belt program is by far the easiest to follow. The
adjustments you make will form a foundation for building a healthy lifestyle.
Perseverance and determination are important to help you adjust to a new and

Question: Will my weight rebound after the program?
Answer: The main aim of Yangshen slim pack program is to improve the
deficiency of the spleen and phlegmatic hygrosis and help people who are
overweight to restore their normal metabolic functions. The 3 months will help
your body to fully adjust to new habits of normalizing your eating, and sleeping patterns and in so doing will help you reach your ideal weight and if you
