# 14: Herbal Treatment Hair Pack

You apply this treatment after shampooing. It keeps hair moist and keeps hair from splitting. It keeps your hair smooth and shiny.

As for the treatment (aka Hair Pack), it comes in a tube so it looks like there isn’t a lot of product in it which isn’t true. You massage it into hair and leave it on for five minutes, then VOILA! your hair turns into this silky, shiny type that you see in Korean Dramas. haha.

I use it every other day or so. It definitely makes a difference when I use it by making my hair super soft, but because it’s very concentrated, I figure it’s fine to use it every other day. This is not your everyday conditioner. It’s like the ones they use at hair salons. You will see what I mean when you actually use it. You are supposed to leave it on for 5 minutes after shampooing your hair. You will immediately see the results. Simply amazing.~ Tomi

# 13: Cafe Arabica

There is no need to make a whole pot of coffee. This Atomy coffee comes in single-serving sticks and is made with some of the finest coffee beans in the world.

I am not a coffee expert even though I tried quite many instant coffee and drink 2-3 cups daily.  I normally go for price and taste that I can accept because this is something I take quite a lot daily so of course, it must match my pocket and tastebud.   This Cafe Arabica happens to quite match my both criteria.  The coffee taste itself is not those strong types for one big cup.  It is quite mild and rather similar to the one I am having.  However, I notice that the coffee aroma is really much stronger in this.

The one I am having cost about $6 for around 40 sticks, so each stick around 15 cents.  Cafe Arabica costs 18cents per stick.  Price seems ok to me, though this is a smaller cup, at most I can use 2 sticks for a bigger cup and it will still cost lesser than those packs for a bigger cup.  Or I could even consume more times per day.

Another thing that made me consider is the natural casein being used instead of sodium casein to minimize the artificial process.  As I consume coffee heavily on a daily basis, I am definitely happier if ingredients are natural.

So I am actually switching my daily coffee to Cafe Arabica. ~ Jo

So I found this brand 3 months ago, and I try one of their products, which is a deep cleanser.

This cleanser shaped in paste just like a facial foam but you don’t put the water on it, cause you will make it melt and useless. So I put it on my face and rub it and then it turns just like oil. This cleanser can remove makeup, but I usually remove my makeup with micellar water first then I use this deep cleanser. And I found my face was cleaner, and after 2 weeks I’m using this, my acne was healed and my face looks brighter. So I really recommend this Atomy deep cleanser to you, especially for someone who has a sensitive skin, this product suits you. And one of my friends which using this Atomy deep cleanser has dry skin, in 3 weeks his skin was hydrated and moist.  And this product has a very good smell and I think it can relax the mind.~ Priska Dwi Hillsong

A year ago from last February, I  had to be admitted to the hospital because I came down with Pneumonia.  I was a pack a day smoker for over 20 years.  I had to be put on oxygen and was told by the doctor that I had COPD and Emphysema.  He also told me that I would have to be on oxygen for the rest of my life because my oxygen level was down to 87%. I did not like that idea at all and decided to quit smoking and I did. After going home from the hospital I received a gift of a box of Hemohim and at her recommendation, I began to take 4 packs a day. I immediately began to feel better and my energy began to improve daily.  In a week I was able to go back to work.  I continued to take oxygen at night while sleeping and when I was at home.  I would get out of breath when exerting myself for the next three months. I went back to the doctor every 3 months and each time he would test my oxygen level. After 9 months my oxygen level was back up in the range of 92 to 94% and I was allowed to discontinue the oxygen.
